We hired Sonia as a day of coordinator for our wedding on October 10, 2020. Our wedding plans had to be completely altered due to Covid. We originally planned for a 150 guest wedding at a venue that had to be changed to a 40 guest wedding on a private property in Napa. The whole event was executed seamlessly, and that would not have been able to happen without having Under the Vine Events. Sonia handled a very stressful situation with ease and had great connections with vendors. Our wedding was actually more beautiful and special than we could have ever imagined. Sonia was there for us every step of the way and is extremely organized. She help with all vendor contact the month before the wedding, had a detailed Google doc with all of the day-of information, helped with creating a rental list, and always there for my thousands of questions. I would not hesitate to reach out to Sonia. She is a great person and an amazing coordinator. She is so easy to talk to and is very calming during such an exciting time. I was actually sad when my wedding was over because I wouldn’t be talking to her on a regular basis. Thank you again Sonia for all of your help making my wedding dreams come true!"
Sonia helped with our month-of planning for our wedding in Napa and was very generous with her time (especially since we had to reschedule our wedding twice due to the pandemic!). She was easy to work with and organized. I especially appreciated that she offered great advice and had a point of view without being pushy. "Sonia and her team were simply FANTASTIC!! From start to finish she was professional and even though we hit a huge road bump and had to find an alternative venue.... she was 100% behind us and supported us! We felt as though she was totally vested in our wedding through all the planning and on the day of, she would pop up to guide us or move things a long and then step away to let the event go on. Soooo professional and I couldn’t imagine having gone through our special day with anyone besides her!
