You've booked me, yay, great choice! This is where you let me take over, no more back and forth emails and calls between vendors. I will handle all the little and big details, while working through timelines and deadlines.

Wedding day is here, time to party! My team will be the first to arrive and are busy making sure all details are in place, from ensuring vendors arrive on time, to cueing first look, to fluffing your dress before you walk down the aisle, we have you covered. Time to get married, dance the night away and let us keep you on schedule.

When you book, I'll start creating your design board, securing vendor quotes and scheduling venue visits. Sit back while your wedding flourishes.
Full Service
begins at $8,500
7 months prior to your wedding, I am yours for all the little or big questions and to create the design for your big day. Lean on me to guide you through the next steps and keep you on top of deadlines.
Partial planning
begins at $4,500
We are 45 days out till the big day! I step in to finalize venue and vendor details, create timelines and manage the wedding day.

Are you available for travel outside of napa?
I am always there for rehearsal, no matter what. It is such an important day and a time for me to meet everyone beforehand, walkthrough the ceremony processional and recessional and go over any last minute concerns. At this time I will grab all your personal decor items, seating chart, place cards, welcome table items, etc.
are you there for rehearsal?
These days I am taking extra elderberry and echinacea, but in the case I am sick I have a backup plan in place. Being a part of Boutique Planners Collective, a group of 8 independent planners, you can feel confident you will be in good hands with one of the professional planners.
what happens if you're sick?
I require a 50% retainer fee and contract signed to secure your date. By doing this I am closing off that weekend to future clients.
how do i secure my date?
As soon as you book your venue, it is highly recommended to book your planner next. By choosing your planner, we can guide you in the right direction and recommend vendors that fit your budget/style.
